Mortgage
To become a Mortgage Loan Originator, you must complete a state-specific pre-licensing course, National SAFE course, pass the state and SAFE exams, then apply for a license which includes an in-depth background investigation and credit check. Once licensed, you are required to take continuing education annually to keep your knowledge AND license up-to-date. We offer both state-specific pre-licensing and continuing education classes in Salt Lake City, and/or online, giving you maximum flexibility.
The Mortgage Pre-licensing Course and Mortgage Continuing Education classes offered by Stringham Schools, fulfills the State requirements, both in hours and content. But more than that, our classes are entertaining and informative.

- To provide high quality instructors and usable education to help the student get started in the mortgage industry.
- To provide all the necessary education, through our custom textbook, to help the student pass both the National and Utah Law sections of the licensing exam.
- Designing the course to be flexible so you could start at any time and work at your own pace.
