To qualify for a Real Estate license in the State of Utah, you must be 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED and then you must undergo an extensive background investigation. You will be finger printed and must answer screening questions at the time of your state exam. Be sure and answer each question accurately and truthfully. Once licensing education hours are completed, licensee candidates must pass a state exam. Exams are administered through the state approved testing provider, Pearson Vue. Exams are taken on a computer at one of the Pearson Vue testing centers located throughout Utah; Ogden, Midvale, and Orem. Other locations that offer the Utah state exams are in Grand Junction, CO and Las Vegas, NV. The exam fee is $66 which is required at the time you make your exam reservation.
