On the last section (section IX) of the Utah Law outline provided at the review it just says “Closing Statements”. Is this the same thing as the Closing Disclosure? If not, what is this referring to?
Yes. Same thing. On the state exam, you’ll be required to know and answer questions on the Closing Disclosure and REPC only. Those are the only two forms, so make sure you know them.
