How long does it take to become a real estate agent in Utah?

To get a Utah real estate license, the state requires that you take 120-hours of pre- licensing courses at an approved Utah real estate school. While you have twelve months to complete the course, it can be done is as little as fifteen days by taking eight hours of class per day; however, most students complete the course in an average of six to eight weeks.

If you prefer live instruction, we are the only real estate school in Utah to teach the full 120-hour sales course live each month. Our courses are designed to be flexible, start today and be finished within a few short weeks or take it slowly over the course of a year.

Once you have complete the course you will be eligible to sit for the Utah Real Estate Sales Agent Exam and have 90 days to apply for your Utah real estate license.
